About Courchevel La Tania ski resort

La Tania is traffic free and has great facilities for children & beginners. There are 4 ski hire shops, a tourist office, post office, bakery, tabac, newsagent, supermarket, 5 bars and 9 restaurants (with 4 mountain restaurants above the resort) ranging from snack bars to a Michelin Star, plus a delicatessen and pizza takeaways. There is live music most nights somewhere in the resort along with drinks promotions, Après-Ski happy hours, TV sport and theme night parties taking place throughout the ski season. Several ski schools are based in the resort plus there's a new crèche facility, kids lifts & fun area plus independent child care too. The lift company ticket office is situated at the La Tania gondola (they take credit cards and all speak English. Ski passes can now be bought online in advance too.
